cramped room staff's reluctance

the location proved convenient for getting around (especially with public transport nearby).

the room felt cramped and lacked storage space. there was also no coffee maker, something i expect at this price point. the staff's reluctance to adjust our bill after a family emergency felt particularly harsh (it just made a difficult situation worse).

fantastic stay!

perfect location clean hotel great service modern decor

the location is just perfect for exploring nearby attractions it is super easy to reach everything i wanted to see the hotel itself is very clean i loved this feature the staff were always smiling and ready to assist that is great service the decor is modern and stylish i seemed like i was in a premium hotel. i felt very welcome. breakfast was just great too

the room was a tad smaller than i expected maybe just a little more space would have been perfect

the hotel features modern decor throughout all common areas i noticed attention to detail the breakfast area is spacious and well maintained it allowed for a comfortable start to the day. the area always looked super clean

the staff members are consistently friendly and helpful from check in to check out all interactions were positive they provided quick assistance with directions and local recommendations i appreciated their proactive attitude they made my stay so enjoyable

the hotel is excellently positioned it allowed easy access to many key city sights it is just a short walk to the main attractions and public transport stops getting around was convenient i found several shops and restaurants close by

The location was really convenient to public transport! Staff was friendly. The room was very clean.

The room was quite small and difficult to fully unpack in. The bar service ended early. It was difficult to get a late-night drink.

the location was acceptable, allowing a convenient walk to many local attractions.

The absence of a minibar was disappointing, particularly since i wanted to keep some drinks cold in my room. It started early each morning. the lack of soundproofing in the room amplified the noise.

convenient location several markets excellent shower

The location proved convenient. I found several markets nearby. The shower was excellent (the water pressure was great!).
